We removed the carpet from this church entrance to expose the concrete slab underneath. Once exposed we had to grind off the old mastic and acid etch to prep the surface for the thin overlay. A design pattern was agreed upon along with colors and once dry the surface was antiqued and sealed using a high quality acrylic sealer.

This was a long standing customer of ours that us clean out their gutters twice a year. They decided to have us install the Perma Flow gutter guard system on their home. We removed all leaves and debris from the gutter tray and flushed all the downspouts with clean water at low pressure. Next we inspect the gutters to make sure they are properly secured and perform a standard roof inspection. Lastly we installed the Perma Flow gutter protector onto the gutter system. Typical gutter cleaning prices range from $100-$175 with the avg being $150 for a two story single family home.

We restored this customers deck and fence. It had not been stained in many years and had turned gray and dingy. We washed using professional grade soaps. In this case there was no stain to strip so we used a mild alkaline based cleaner to remove the gray wood fibers and atmospheric pollution in conjunction with low pressure. Next we brightened the wood and neutralized the pH to prep for for the stain. Once the wood had a chance to dry to less than 12% moisture we stained using Flood UV-5 oil based stain in Natural Cedar.
