Atlas Resurfacing

I am a GC in Peachtree City, Ga. I have used Rod Baker and his company many times without incident. This past summer, I gave him three projects simultaneously. Each project had tubs and tub inserts to resurface. Each project was met with chaos. From showing up late, to terrible prep work to an unbelievable amount of overspray on the new floors and tile. I reached out to Rod to address all issues. He did come out and attempted to fix the issues, but instead made them worse each time. My clients had to hire another company to repair what Rod and his company had ruined. As most of these issues did not develop until after he was paid and left, I am now getting absolutely no response from him to make this right. I have refunded my clients monies, as he was a sub of mine.....it was the right thing to do for them. Please beware if you are considering using them. Completely unprofessional and at this point, dishonest.
