| Backyard Renovation | Sep 2017 | The Homeowner wanted to reclaim his backyard. He initially had a portion of his backyard private fence in because it was over grown and he didn't wanted to maintain it, then he decided that he needed more outdoor space. This is where we come in. The area we graded and sodded is 21' x 80'. The bobcat grading was $900 and the installation of the sod was $.30 a piece, x 4 pallets at 504 = $604.80 we rounded it to $600. The homeowner purchase and had the Bermuda sod delivered. the price for the sod was $250 a pallet x 4 pallets = $1000. The total price of the grading project was $2300.00.
