Very rude and unprofessional. Will not return calls or messages. They have no time to even come out for five minutes and measure, would rather the customer do it. Hey who cares if it right huh? Spent almost two weeks being jerked around, logged onto Angies List and got farther in five minutes.

Called and set up appt with a nice gentleman. Came and was an hour late for appt, no big deal. The owner of the company informs I have big trouble, LG dishwasher is throwing a drain code but that’s not the problem, the dishwasher will have to come out of course but the cabinets will have to be disassembled to fix the hose issue that is causing the drain issue. I was like “ ok dang that stinks” but this guy must be great because he can tell all of that without ever pulling the dishwasher out. He informs that it will be a $300 to $800 dollar job and that he will email a quote the next day. He is at my home for 10 minutes and charged the $85 fee and tells me it will come off the repair. So I wait for the quote the next day, it never comes, the next day? Never comes, the next day nope? So I begin to call the company and they never answer, except for one time and I’m sure out of sheer annoyance they answer and tell me the quote takes several days. Again not what I was told AT ALL. So I say “ok” and wait and I think to myself they don’t want to do the work because the initial $85 dollar check was never was never cashed, but it was cashed and the end of the story is I never received a quoted and don’t believe he ever intended to send a quote, just an easy $85 for a trip to my town that he was already on. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. If you’re in business you have to do what you tell your customers you’re going to do or you’re just a liar. Call me Pro 2 Call if you would like to talk about it. 423-231-1296 betcha $85 you don’t.

Tech did come out and fixed appliance was nice but , told me we had the dryer vent too long and it would have problems again the previous dryer we had had worked for 18 years before going down and this one was less than a year old it was the same distance , he changed a part and said you will be calling back its going to do it again and unless you would like to have us come out and correct it but that wouldn't be warrantied i asked how much and it was a very expensive job they wanted to add fans and a bunch of stuff. i just said no its good thank you But . when i had another appliance problem with my fridge about 1 year later Lowes sent a different company since it was a diff brand i guess or maybe they dont use this company anymore anyways , while he was there i asked that tech about what i had been told about the dryer he said i will go measure and check for free just to let you know for piece of mind he said you are good you actually have it shorter than it calls for on install, it should be fine . you probably just had a defect , i am starting to think they were trying to get extra work for the contracting side of their business.

Called Kitchen Aid for microwave repair (5mo old) who referred me to this awful company. The man walked into my house without telling me his name and said he worked for Whirlpool. He took one quick look and immediately started saying that it was installed wrong because the installer use a 6 inch metal duct to outside instead of a 31/4 duct and that he was going to tell Whirlpool to void my warranty. I tried to explain that this met their install sheet and that it had nothing to do with the microwave not starting. He got extremely rude, belligerent, then my wife came into the kitchen and he was even more rude to her. This guy stomped out of the house and never even looked at the microwave to see what the problem was. In my professional career I have never experienced anybody this crazy. Please consider other choices before letting this company into your home.
