Actually, Chris Collins never came to my house! I've never met him, but based on the phone conversation i had with him about my backed up sewer, I can tell you that everything that was said in the only other review about his professionalism in dealing with customers and in my case...prospective customer, was spot on. I was in an emergency situation: nothing in my house would drain and I had company coming the next day. He was the first plumber to return my call, and instead of taking the job, my money, and only temporarily fixing my stopped sewer line like the previous plumber, he told me to contact our towns sewage department to get them to check the septic tank first because that may be the real problem, and there shouldn't be a charge since that is covered as part the water bill. The towns 24/7 crew came out, drained my totally full septic tank which did solve the problem... $0.00 Thanks Chris for your honesty and integrity. A satisfied "prospective" customer

Chris Collins is the best! I have lived in five states and three countries but I have not met a plumber better than him. Chris got the skills to do an efficient job, winsome personality, kind heart, humor, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
