We do not recommend this business. The owner "prides himself" on quality work and attention to detail. The experience was less than desirable at best during the entire construction process. The work was not quality and there was little, if any, attention paid to detail. We paid this this company to install new siding on our house and replace three windows. There was a lack of attention to detail. When the shutters were put back up, they were installed in the wrong locations and didn't fit the windows they were put up beside. We also had bare wires hanging out of our brand new siding for a doorbell that had apparently been installed on the back patio years and years ago but has not been used or visible in the 20 years we've lived in our home. When installing the windows, the inside ledges were not finished or painted. They were plain wood that had caulking around it and the drywall dust and mess that was a result of installing the windows was left on the floor inside the house. We cleaned the mess, painted the window ledges and finished it out ourselves. After pointing all of those items out along with multiple other issues (like leaving primed boards/panels exposed to the elements), they were fixed prior to issuance of final payment. Within the first year of having the new siding installed, pieces began falling down and off from the top of the house in three different locations. They were not secured properly. We called Lloyd multiple times and there was no return phone call or communication. He does not stand behind his work. This was a sloppy, inadequate job at best. We do not recommend this man or his company to do any work based on our experiences with him.
