Myles the owner should treat his customers like how he "describes" his company. He says Customer-Centric business model, but then says it is okay to give a bad review because he has enough good ones to make up for it. A single job big enough to take almost 5 days to complete and three different crews deserves more than that. Communication fell apart many times through the process. I would call and be told one thing, then find something else the day before or when they show up. Not having all or even the right equipment when you come for installation makes not sense. Bringing three different groups at different times for the same project makes not sense. The first group leader had to come back after the second to fix their mistakes. Electrical tape on your receiver infrared sensor? Seriously!?! If you want good work and correct consistent communication, I would suggest using a different audio and video installer in DFW.

Had a very great experience with BTZ. Miles did such an excellent job at outfitting our conference room with video equipment as well as sound that we had BTZ come out and outfit and additional two conference rooms. I would highly recommend them for all your audio/video needs. They made sure we were happy with all the equipment that was installed.

I have used this company for several projects and always had excellent service. They hung five TVs for me in different rooms and the one in our living room was very challenging over our fireplace, but has been great. Installed surround sound in our living room and game room, as well as wireless remote access to the TV in our living room. I have also used them since this first installation at our small business and they have always been prompt to get the job done and reasonably priced.
