Although they were booked solid for the day when I called first thing as a result of an unexpected electrical issue that absolutely needed to be fixed that day, Gayle said she'd let me know if anything opened up. Within 10 minutes (before I even had a chance to try to line up another electrician), Gayle called back and said she could dispatch someone who could arrive within the next 15 minutes! Jeremy actually arrived in just about 10 minutes. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within about 15 minutes. The way it turned out the whole process from my initial call to problem fixed was less than an hour!!! A phenomenal experience all the way around. Hopefully, I won't need an electrician again, but if I do R.A.J. will be the first place I call.
