Do not use this company. They charged $350 to repair a dryer. The tech said we needed to clean the vents. We needed to use THEIR company to clean it. We used someone else. When we tried to run the dryer it NEVER got hot. I called dispatch and her 1st question was if we used their vent cleaning service. When told her no she said it was our fault the dryer didn't work. HER VERY FIRST QUESTION IS IF WE USED THEIR OTHER SERVICE. This place is a scam. The dryer would have at least been hot when we tried it the 1st time... but it NEVER GOT HOT. This company is running a racket. Do not use them.
