DYNAMIC TRADES SERVICES

I do not have good things to say about this business. I was referred to them by a friend who was very impressed by their work. It took over 4 months to just get the plans finished. From the time that demo started they would show up once a week for about 2 hours; if they showed up at all. I lost touch with them numerous times and would spend weeks trying to locate them. There was always an excuse as why they didn't return phone calls, emails or texts. I ended up paying sub-contractors because they didn't finish paying for product that was already put into the addition. This room was for my business. All that needed to be done was to enclose a room. They had to build 1/2 of a wall since the bottom half was already there. There were three windows in the wall too. The other wall was an opening a large for the door. Not a lot to frame but it took over 3 months. I ended up having to fire them and having someone else come in to finish. Instead of finishing they first had to fix everything that was wrong with the room. I am not someone that is hard to work with. I do get very upset when there is no communication. Having to search for this company time and again with them not answering phone calls, text or emails is no way to run a business. I would look for someone else that actually knows what they are doing and shows up to do the job.

I am beyond happy with the wonderful service and work both Kellie & Frank provided in assisting me in getting repairs done to my home. They were both efficient and did outstanding work in getting all the repairs fixed in a timely manner. I was especially pleased with the extra mile Frank took in assisting me in getting all the necessary materials needed to do the needed repairs! I will definitely recommend their company to my friends and family!
