Kona Community Hospital - Nurses Cottage Maintenance Renovation | Feb 2016 | On the lower grounds of Kona Community Hospital sits a 4,000 SF WW2 era nurses cottage which had fallen in disrepair to some extent. KCH requested our team perform significant building maintenance and repairs to this building including new exterior doors & security screen doors, door hardware, new paint, new roof, new gutters. Also repair of original double hung windows + addition of new window screens on all 32 windows. Since lead-based paint was being addressed, we utilized our EPA lead-abatement certification to help address that portion of this magnificent project.
