Welcome to Building Dreams Construction where we build more than a home, we make dreams come true. Trust Troy Freed, Residential Builder and General Contractor, to build or remodel your home. We provide the project management necessary to oversee your project from permitting, material procurement, site labor, and scheduling inspections, allowing all facets of the construction to be incorporated into one source of responsibility. We also offer design services or we are happy to utilize your architect's drawings.

Working with Troy was a great experience. We liked the look of granite for our new countertops, but were concerned about the cost. Troy suggested granite tile, and we are so happy with the way it looks. He custom built both our kitchen and bathroom countertops, and installed new sinks and faucets. Troy went the extra mile to make sure everything was right, and it looks awesome!

Troy was very responsive. He drove from the Lansing area to complete a very time sensitive job. We had already moved across state and needed the work completed before a closing. Troy sent detailed pictures of the work that needed to be completed so that I would be comfortable with what he was doing.

We had total remodel of Family Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room Troy brought new and innovative ideas to the project and really helped modernize our home. Also saved us over $5,000 in kitchen cabinets alone. Pays attention to the details, and quality work from a quality person.
