We had to redo drywall in the ceiling and on almost every wall in the basement, then fully painted 2 coats of sealer/primer and 2 coats of paint in the color the client selected. We put new ceramic tile in the bathroom in the basement and laid out a beautiful floating bamboo floor, and also put new baseboard down.
