Kiefer Concrete and Construction

We hired Tony to replace the subfloor of our upstairs bathroom. We thought he did a good job, but the next day we had a leak from the bathroom and our plumber came out and said that the pipe had been cut. Tony came back and found that he had cut through a pipe but would repair the carpentry work without charge and would pay for our plumber's extra work ($200). But after stalling for several days, he stopped answering his phone, and it was clear he was stiffing us for the $200. It's not a huge amount of money, but it does say something about his character.
