Desert Air Heating and Cooling

In a nutshell: Nate and Desert Cooling & Heating (aka Desert Air Heating and Cooling) were recommended to us, when our heating unit at our home in Kanab was not working during the winter. Nate's office personnel (Melissa, I believe) was unprofessional. Their initial invoice for $785 stated they fixed the heat pump (heating/air conditioning unit), but in reality they replaced a bunch of parts and the unit still blew cold air, in December, and no heat. We didn't dispute paying for the parts replaced, but we needed the unit fixed (so we could keep kids warm during the cold temperatures). They were difficult to work with and still insisted on payment of the $785, even though they did not complete the repair for which they were hired. If you want to avoid a potential difficult situation like this, then you'd be well-advised to seek servicing, repairs, or replacement of heating/air conditioning units by another service provider.
