Welcome to Jericho Home Improvement, the largest independent kitchen and bath remodeler in the nation. That’s right, not just in Kansas City, but in the country. Of course, biggest does not always mean best, but in our case everything we do is built on an unbreakable commitment to doing things the ‘Right Way’ - also known as ‘The Jericho Way’.

We LOVE our new bathroom!! It turned out absolutely beautiful. Scott couldn't have done anything better. He showed up on time everyday and communicated everything he did. He taped off the area so there wasn't a spec of dust anywhere in the house. I was shocked...really expected kind of a mess. I will never use another company for my house.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Lack of communication between salesperson, project manager, craftsman and customer. Was told many things by salesman but then the project manager didn't know what the other promised would be taken care of. Told it would take 6-7 days and probably only 6 with a couple of workers....One man showed up and we are now on work day 9 and the second weekend without bathroom use. I wasn't told that garage space was needed for materials, which wasn't too bad but we didn't have much space cleared out and had to figure out what to do with animals since they were going to be put in garage area during remodel. Because of no garage space 3 large cabinet boxes needed to be put in kitchen/dining room but stayed there for a week and during Memorial day weekend. I agreed to leaving boxes but didn't know it would be for that long or have to work around them on a holiday weekend with guests. There's other issues but the last straw is being told that even though I was not replacing the toilet, the ring and shut off valve would be replaced anyways because the toilet would need to be moved to get tub in....the tub was the first thing put in and my toilet on day 9 is crooked, silicone is broken around base, still has old shut off and ring, which is probably no good now because of how much toilet was shifted. I called project manager to see if he was aware of toilet issue because all I had was a note saying that they would be back Monday to install countertop because of problem with not having the right tool and seemed like he was done after that. Project manager said he didn't notice the toilet issue when he was out there to check on remodel, which was 1 time and told me, "It's not the end of the World," and they would get it done. I haven't been a difficult customer and there's been plenty to complain about, such as people not responding to a message for weeks but his response was unprofessional and belittling. Only needed to acknowledge issue and that it would be taken care of. Based on the information given I don't think the toilet would have been done and I was worried how long it would take to get someone back out to take care of it. They haven't live up to promises, are very expensive and I wouldn't recommend Jericho. Will say that craftsman is very nice and skilled, so he was the only reason they would get any stars.

Jericho home improvements company is worth the money invested. We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and they are fabulous. Wade, the person who did the installing was very nice and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was meticulous in his work and the end result far exceeded the family expectations. From the moment the company sent Cory to talk to me about the project to Justin who oversaw the work, to Wade who performed the tasks, the company kept me in the loop and made me part of the team. Wonderful and fabulous are only words as the end product was beyond words.

We had a few contractors to our home to give us bids for a kitchen remodel. Jericho wasn't the lowest, but not the highest either. We chose them because of the Designers knowledge, years in business and the wide selection of products they offer beats anyone else around. We didn't want a cookie cutter of a kitchen and with the selections offered by Jericho, we received an amazing looking kitchen. I read other reviews and would like to say that in no way is Jericho sexist. They did request that my wife and I both be present, and so glad we were. The appointment was in depth and having us both there, saved us from having to call the Designer numerous times with all sorts of questions, wasting his time and ours.
