Bousman Garage Doors

Up until recently, I liked this company and often recommended them. I had an issue with a garage door opener they installed. Paul sent out a tech and he told me that the loud noise the opener was making was typical once the opener was “broken in”. The tech did absolutely nothing to trouble shoot the problem (didn’t even look at the opener), charged me the $69 service call and left. I called Liftmaster directly, and was told it sounded like the gear/sprocket was going out. Liftmaster recommended I call one of their dealers, who came out and fixed the problem (for $163). I called Paul and asked for my refund back for their service call, which he said he would refund. It has been 4 weeks, I have not received a refund and Paul will not return my phone call. I thought this was an honest company, but obviously not.
