RNC Building & Remodeling LLC

Currently having to take bids to replace, repair and complete unfinished project left from Albert Franklin RNC building. He took alot of money for a job and didn't return to complete. The work he did do will not pass inspection and alot of it has to be torn out and replaced. This man threatened my 71 year old disabled husband because he asked questions about the shoddy work. Albert Franklin came with 5 teenage males so we paid him under extreme duress.

This guy... he left everything either undone, uncompleted as per contract. I am currently taking bids on three different aspects of his crappy work. We paid him off under duress and he refuses to complete, repair or fix a multitude of his incompetence. He wouldn't show up for days on end but frequently we would see him backed into our dumpster emptying garbage from his other jobs costing us around 300.00 in weight overages for the dumpster he told me he would need for my job. He didn't even start my project 🙄 till 2 weeks after he had me get dumpster. If he were hals as good a builder as he is a salesman.. I only wish that he had honor.
