| Liberty Home Cleanup | Jun 2014 | This property had been owned by a hoarder. After her death, her children hired NMS to help with removing trash from the home and lot, hauling nearly 4 tons of scrap metal, prepping items for auction and a complete rehab of the back yard. The weeds and trees in the back yard were over 10 foot tall when we started. After hauling over 20 dump truck loads of debris from the back yard, we smoothed the ground and replanted the grass. Currently we are prepping the home for it to be placed on the market. We are acting as the general contractor and overseeing the project. | Liberty, MO |
