The seller hired these clowns to install radon remediation. He cut a 4" hole in the basement floor, and sealed the pipe with clear polyurethane caulk. It turns into a spring fed river when the ground is saturated. DO NOT USE!!!

Our buyers contacted this company to do an inspection. His report showed some things that did not seem accurate. The biggest concern was a report that a GFCI was not working. That made no sense because it had been working right before we left the day he came. When I came home after the inspection, numerous outlets were not working. My realtor contacted him to ask the problem and his response was that the outlet he reported affected them all. Long story short he forgot to reset another GFCI after testing and that was connected to the one he said didn't work. I pressed reset on the one he forgot to reset and all were working fine. He refused to come out to check his mistake unless he was paid. So his incompetence cost us having to hire an electrician for nothing. We are in the process of contacting th BBB and the state so he can not create other problems for homeowners. It had also been reported to the real estate companies of his mistake. Avoid.
