Very painless to work with these guys. Did a great job of explaining everything that was need and how it was going to be done. Contacted them and wanted a quote for new furnace and AC. I am not good with words but they were very respectable,professional and trustworthy. We had a few issues, not uncommon with an old house, but for them it was no problem. I would definitely recommend Shelton Services for your heating and cooling problems or installations. If they had more than 5 stars I would have gave them more. If they keep going the way they are the other HVAC companies better be concerned about losing business, because this company is going places !
