Established in the '70s and based in Kansas City, Razor Rooter / Any-Time Sewer Service is a pool and spa specialist and provides spa wiring, swimming pool construction, and swimming pool remodeling as well as other services. In June 2008, a property owner contracted them for a backflow device installation in the Roseland Heights neighborhood using a permit obtained from the city of Lee's Summit.
