RARE Construction is a Design-Build, residential remodeling company started in 1999 by husband and wife team Rae Person, Contractor, and Rose Middleton, Designer. They recognized that by combining their talents and over 35 years of experience they could offer their clients a remodeling process that would be seamless and all inclusive long before the concept of "Design-Build" became popular. The company's philosophy is based on three simple ideas: Our clients' satisfaction is our best long term investment The company's employees are our most important tools The remodeling experience can and should be fun and rewarding! The key to RARE's success is the PROCESS we use to ensure a project runs smoothly from start to finish. Our Designers are also the Project Administrators. The Lead Carpenter works on the job every day. We use a limited number of small, loyal subcontractors. The Company Owners are the only sales staff.
