Heirloom Fine Finishing

BUYER BEWARE!!! While my bedroom suite was refinished and looks impeccable I would not recommend Heirloom Fine Finishing. It took the owner, Allen, one year and three months to complete the work. I was asked to pay half of the total cost upfront before the work even started which I was agreeable to. When three of the pieces were completed (there was a total of six (6) pieces I was asked to pay him more money. I refused to pay more money until the rest of pieces were complete as he took a year just to complete those three pieces. I had to go rounds with Allen until he agreed as he wasn't even going to release the completed furniture to me. When I came back to pick up the remaining four (4) pieces and pay for them. He would not unlock the shop until I paid him. Which again I refused to do until I put my eyes on the furniture and made sure they were done and looked good. I ended up having to call the police to send a unit out to settle the dispute. The officer agreed in my favor that Allen needed to open the shop in order for me to put my eyes on the furniture and then I would pay him. While Allen does do a beautiful job he wants your money and will keep your furniture for as long as he wants to take to refinish it. !!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
