Terrible and unprofessional. Bills not paid by their company resulting in a lien on my home. This company and the owner, Matt, have made the process of remodeling my house a nightmare from start to finish, and now 5 months post. There is a lien on my house due to a bill not paid to a vendor. The owner, Matt, said my bill wasn't paid because of an error on another clients account. Not sure why that should affect me, but it did. I get no help from them on whether it has been paid or why there is still a lien. Matt says COVID, but my project was completed in January. This is the only one issue, the final issue. There were MANY throughout the process. Being been verbally assaulted by my project manager, ignored extensively by the agency and owner, having men sent to my house to work at 8pm (!), I am now dealing with this poorly managed agency once again. All I am asking now is for that bill to be paid, which should have been done in NOVEMBER, and the lien to be removed from my property. Sad and disgusting how this company handles themselves professionally and apparently financially. I am a single woman who this company has completely taken advantage of and I highly recommend you stay away from this company.
