We are SO honored, to have had Service Contractors help us out of a horrific plumbing issue!!!! Last Tuesday, the city meter readers were decent enough to alert us to the fact that our meter was showing something running, when it wasn't. We contacted our warranty company and requested Service Contractor's Plumbing (as we had had them out before) We had shut off everything so there should not have been anything running. It showed that we were using about 2 gallons a minute!!! This sadly meant, A LEAK!!! Cody, the person we had out before could not locate the issue. he called for back up and we are TRULY Blessed to have had Kenny and Jimmy show up around 2pm. They removed the skirt panels to get under our Pier and Beam 86 year old home. That was the start of............. The tried to isolate where the leak may be and stayed several hours. We had to shut off the water to the home. I am not a young man any longer, have lived all over and as a Veteran have endured some difficult situations. Being with out water or a running toilet or shower for the next 3 days was Difficult to say the least. Over the next TWO and a Half DAYS, they had to dig, find, isolate and in the end RE PLUMB the entire water service. Each time they attempted to repair one of the old galvanized water pipes it would crumble in there hands. TWO DAYS long hours working UNDER our home in less than ideal environments (Several times it was POURING rain)They finally got mostly done Friday late evening. Then God bless them, BACK on Saturday morning to tie up some final issues and we were able to TAKE A SHOWER AND USE THE TOILETS!!!!!!!! The decency, tenacity, funny and caring calmness that they displayed was above anything I can remember in all My years working in the construction industry. Kenny continually would tell us it was the worst that he had ever seen. The older repairs were so poorly done and incorrectly also. We found an HIDDEN hose bib that had been plumbed with HOT water under the deck. Then the final moment of finding out the bill. Kenny was more than reasonable in taking care of us in that department also. I will only use this company for ANY further issue or need that might come up in the future. I cannot recommend them any higher than I am doing at this moment. If you need plumbing work done, Service Contractor's Plumbing IS the first call you should make. God bless them and keep them successful for as long as the desire to be. THANK you again, for the hard work and giving us peace of mind again!!!!!!!

we were contacted within an hour of reporting the problem. Cody came the next morning, ordered the new water heater, returned the next day and installed the new one. All was done efficiently and professionally. Area was cleaned > I would use them again with no reservation.
