| Extensive remodel | Mar 2014 | This project was an extensive remodel. We began by removing two roofs. We then gutted out most of the home, including removal of the kitchen, sheetrock, electrical, and plumbing. We then reinstalled everything appropriate to the remodel, including new weight bearing joists. We then reinstalled sheet rock, kitchen, granite counter tops, can recessed lighting, Pergo flooring, and ceramic tile. We then finished the project by texturing, painting, and trimming out. We also removed and replaced interior doors and one window. Please note that the cost cited is just for materials. | $27k | Longview, WA | |
