Picking out our bathroom vanity/cabinet was great. Beautiful selection. High quality. Once we had given our choice, we discussed time frame which gave them 5 weeks. after 7 weeks, I called and asked what happened to the agreed time I was told it would be another 3 days. When I asked what happened to the agreed time, the response was, "if you don't want it, tell me now"...this gave me the feeling of this cabinet was not that important for them to do. Very unfortunate because we love the quality and the beauty. We obviously got the cabinet because we were done with the project accept the vanity. Wolcottville
