About LCS Residential LCS Residential (LCS) is a family owned business that specializes in residential building construction, re-modeling, and repair. For 13 years building homes in both Cobb and Paulding counties we have developed a customer base that calls us for all their construction needs. LCS owner Ronnie Lewallen, along with several family members, run the work on all jobs. We are a fully licensed residential general contractor and can handle all aspects of your homes needs. From planting flowers to building your million dollar custom home we do it all. Having been raised in a family with a commercial construction background, Ronnie began to pursue construction as a career at a early age. Working every summer with his dad building the MARTA headquarters and remodeling the Superior Court building in Atlanta, he gained great experience and knowledge of what it takes to run work and handle trades. Ronnie continued after high school in Civil engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University. He worked his way through college at Knox Electric and then moving to John Wieland Homes. Ronnie began his career in Residential building as an operator of Heavy Equipment. Grading lots and developments was the beginning of his journey to build. In the early 90's Ronnie began building for Homes of Cornerstone which is where he worked until he began LCS Residential. Having a background in Engineering and experience to back up the education, we offer you an exceptional experience in customer service and knowledge. Our motto is INTEGRITY, HONESTY, QUALITY.
