Their mower blades were usually dull, did a decent job trimming weeds, and a mediocre job of blowing out the lawn (too much thatch left). Don't let them near your hydrangea, their policy is cut everything and too short. They did zero extra such as weed prevention, fertilizing, mulch touch-up, picking up trash, seeding, anything is was always cut, trim, blow and go as fast as you can. I had weekly service with them for a while because I was too busy too worry about it. But when the pandemic hit they showed up 2 times out of 3 months with one time not even touching the back yard and our bushes were way overgrown. Note, that all the time they were doing a good job keeping out neighborhood entrance is decent shape. I fired this company and found someone much better and while she isn't cheap, she does the job very well and after a month our lawn looks much better and she taken care of getting our bald spots fixed up.
