A pipe burst under my sink overnight and flooded my basement. I discovered the leak after 6 hours and there was extensive damage. I called Shelly at Flood Medix at 6:30 in the morning and she was there within an hour or so. She began work quickly and was communicative and reassuring throughout the process. After removing and hauling off the damaged sheetrock, her team extracted the water from the carpet and flooring before bringing in fans and industrial dehumidifiers to get the rest of the moisture out of my house. She monitored things closely for three days taking moisture and infrared measurements throughout. Thanks to Flood Medix my basement is again usable and the damage was limited. I highly recommend Flood Medix as they are honest, hard working, and responsive. I definitely liked the small business personal touch that they brought to this job. No switchboards, no sales reps, just direct contact with the owner. A+++

Through her insurance agent, we were able to get her carpets and linoleum replaced and put her contents back neatly. In the process, we helped her get her living areas cleaned out and removed accumulated debris.
