Poor, incomplete , & unprofessional. 7/31/20 the hottest day in Pasco, WA in 3 years was 111 degrees. The A/C in my rental unit failed. Horst agreed to replace the A/C unit on 8/11/20. At 10:30 the nite before he sends me an email and reneged on the job because his wife was jealous of my tenant and would not let him replace the unit even though the tenant would be at work all day. His personal situation was not my problem, getting the A/C replaced during 100+ degree days was.
