Troubleshooting Diagnosing and detecting leaks from an upper level in a home, leaks under sinks, and running toilets, etc. Diagnosing leaks from behind walls, water heater diagnoses, and slow moving drains. Tub/shower valves not turning off completely, water pressure slowing down, and inadequate hot water output. Experience Our Pioneer Plumbing team has over 15 years combined experience of problem solving and first class plumbing service. Achievements Awarded three Gold Level Customer Survey Satisfaction awards and one Silver Level Customer Survey Satisfaction award with a large national Home Improvement Store as their plumbing installers. Only 5% of installers nationwide are part of the Gold level and 7% nationwide are in the Silver level. (We would have reached a 4th Gold level in a row; however, we were one survey call short due to customer's confusion of the nature of the call thereby hanging up on the surveyor.)
