We are a Painting Complain plus, after years of being asked "do you know or do you guys do" I learned how to set tile do carpentry work minor plumbing to better serve my clientele Always taking the extra step to do it the correct way with NO exceptions. We pride ourselves that we still get calls from our first clients 18 years later, one client after painting two homes in the Chicago area even asking us to go to St Louis to paint his home when he transferred. We use only Top quality products like Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore when painting or staining, Also not subbing cheaper pine for cedar when we do exterior wood replacement and that is how our work last .

  | Elgin Historical house | May 2015 | We power washed , removed all the storm windows, painted full window a cream color, painted the storm window a espresso color then re hung all the storms back in place, the second and third story was shaker shingle after replacing any bad shingles (about 70) we painted the shakers a darker green, the first floor was 4 inch siding after scraping caulking and sanding we primed any raw wood then Painted the siding a sage green, below the siding was a bout 3 ft of stucco (basement) after repairing the dryrot we primed those areas' then painted it the same sage green as siding. We did all the remaining trim in cream color except crown molding around house that we did in espresso along with the front and back doors, the back porch was raw wood so after power washing and treating for any possible mold or mildew we stained the (300 sq ft) porch (deck) with Charcoal color stain. | $7k | Elgin, IL |
