This is one of Lowes' third party warranty repair partners...the lady they have handling the scheduling has horrible customer service. She called herself Rush and said she was the manager. I will never allow this company to service any of my appliances because of her. She canceled our initial service request unbeknownst to us. Her attitude is unexceptable.

I have scheduled by GE to SIS VA to repair my gas dryer which I bought just 3 weeks back. The SIS VA technician came to my home and diagnosed that some part is broken. Technician told me that he will order that part from GE and will get it in 3-5 working days, then he will call me to schedule next appointment to put that part in. It has been 2 weeks I did not receive any call from SIS VA. When I tried to call them they did not pick my call, I left several voice message, but no reply. Finally I called GE, and they told me that SIS VA did not order any part for my service request. It seems SIS VA technician did not even care to order the part for 2 weeks and did not even have courtesy to respond to their customers. Stay away from this fraud company and I request warranty companies please do not use SIS VA for their service requests.

I never even had a chance to use this service (but based on other reviews, that's probably for the best). I was assigned this company by GE for dishwasher repair and told I would be contacted within 24 hours. 48 hours later I call the number (which appears to be a personal cell phone of "CHRIS!") and went straight to voicemail. I then called GE who told me SIS rejected the ticket as being overbooked and should have called me. Yeah they should have.

Refrigerator repair with SIS VA that was scheduled through Lowe's with our extended warranty. Serviceman was extremely difficult to understand and when he came back the following week to conduct the repair with parts, it got worse. We'd hear him shout for us from another room only to discover he needed a bunch of towels. Then barked orders to bring him more towels. Then yelled again for help and wanted us to hold a piece of the part he was working on inside the refrigerator while he did something else. It was unbelievable and we'd have brushed it off as par for the course if the refrigerator was fixed. It was not. Going on two weeks now with a refrigerator that doesn't cool and this repairman just made the whole experience worse. We got no paperwork or anything in writing from him. We plan to follow up but we are not hopeful that this situation gets any better. Bad on SIS VA. Bad on LOWE'S for contracting with this company for appliance repairs, and BAD BAD BAD on Frigidaire for making such a LEMON of a Refrigerator (3 years old and we've had it repaired 4 times!!!).
