Jeff is a scam artist that DOES NOT PAY HIS SUB CONTRACTORS FOR WORK PERFORMED I have had to file suit against him in Portage County Municipal Court and place a Mechanics L:Ien on a homeowners property do to Jeff's fail to pay or respond to any texts and phone calls
