| Lake Meridian Weatherdek and aluminum glass railing | Sep 2014 | Installed new plywood over existing framing. Weatherdek PVC membrane installed, with new Aluminum railings with clear glass panels. This deck was a conversion from old wood decking. We sloped the deck for drainage and it turned the patio into a dry space that could be used year round. This deck will not require any maintainance. Only a cleaning with straight water and a stiff brush to easily remove the dirt, then simply hose it off. | $8k | Kent, WA |
