Green City Heating and Air Conditioning

We had a great experience with Green City Heating and Air. They worked hard to fix our initial problem with our older heat pump and when it became apparent that we would need a new system they were very patient with us while we went through the decision process and answered our questions on the different system types. We got price quotes from several competitors but ultimately went with Green City for our new system. Overall new inverter heat pumps are expensive but we found Green City prices were reasonable. Their install team was very professional and worked hard, we even had a challenging situation. We’d use them again and recommend them to any of our friends who are also looking for a heat pump!

I am really happy with the result. Green City was great to deal with before, during and after the installation. Honest pricing and properly sized solution from the beginning - no games. (Seven contractors; three made second call; GreenCity offered best package right from the start.) Experienced and focused team delivering what they promised on schedule. Did not try to negotiate price adjustment when surprises came up during installation. They just overcame the challenges and completed the job. They were responsive with post-install technical support after installation - on something that turned out to be my misunderstanding not a functional issue - but they were there promptly for me. Summary: Good people. Quality work. Fair pricing.

Extremely happy with Green City Heating. We needed a new gas furnace (converting from an oil furnace) and we needed additional heating and cooling options for our second floor very badly. Our house dimensions and setup presented enough challenges to be a bit of a pain in the rear but the owner, Jeff, helped us figure out the best solution for our needs and Alex and Matt, the guys who did the work, were great at problem solving the install. We ended up with a new furnace installed, gas line for a kitchen range plumbed, and a ductless heating and AC unit installed for our second floor. They were great guys who did a very professional, neat job with two dogs and a toddler on their heels. No problems at all from start to finish, great communication, and Jeff followed up to make sure we were happy. We are!
