Bellevue flooring and millwork railing systems and exterior siding

Apr 2015

On this project we helped a home owner who needed a higher lever of workmanship than he could perform himself. The project included expanding the upper level of the foyer and matching up 3 types of hardwood for seamless flow. Also installing millwork throughout most of the residence. The finish's will be done by the owner on the millwork. After completing the flooring we were asked to return and aid the homeowner on other projects in cluding installing a stainless steel european railing system and also completing the exterior siding on his covered outdoor area.

bellevue condominium

Nov 2013

this project presented some unique challenges both for logistics and because of the environment of working within the guide lines of a home owner association the condominium is located on the 7th floor of a highrise with a view of the bellevue skyline. Because of water damage issues caused by an overhead leak from another condo there was a lot of damage to the existing sheetrock. Some walls had been built by a prior owner that were niether square or plumb and alot of the plumbing had to be relocated to accomadate the desired effect of opening the kitchen to allow for the large granite countertop
