I am always a little hesitant to work with an unfamiliar contractor on a major remodeling job especially one as important as roof of my home. I received a very competitive bid and a great presentation from Rodrigo. He promised that he would start on the roof on Monday morning at 7:30 AM. At 7:27 AM he was at my house with a full crew ready to work. This is impressive by itself as many contractors regard promised start times as a guess not a fact. With six guys working they finished ahead of schedule. House looks great and top quality workmanship and cleanup. Workers were very professional; no yelling and swearing, no blaring radios and absolutely no trash left behind. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Melo Construction to re-roof my home. I met and received bids from 5 contractors and selected Melo because I was so impressed with my initial meeting. Not only was their bid a competitive price but James took the time to fully explain the roofing process, thoroughly reviewed the products to be used, and showed samples of the material options. Once the roof project began, the workers were on time, professional, and completed the job in 3 days! The quality of the workmanship is impeccable and they cleaned up the work areas every day. When the job was finished the yard, walkways, and driveway was cleaner than when they started! I would highly recommend Melo Construction for roofing and would hire them again next time I need construction or remodel work.
