We had a leak on a very rainy night and Cj came out the next morning. He patched it up and gave us an estimate to replace 3 skylights and a new roof. The team did a great job. They were very fast, polite and respectful of our property. I highly recommend Three Tree.
With CJ and Neil we already did 2 projects. One was flat roof on an 8 unit multifamily building, another one was regular shingles roof on a 7 unit building. Both time they did job in a timely manner, so my tenants almost did't even notice the construction. On a first project the flat roof was leaking, after my call CJ was able to schedule a meeting right away. I would say CJ knows all about roofs, he explained and showed us all the problems that our current roof had (rotten wood, badly connected vent, wrong slope, clogged drain and etc) and without pushing selling strategy give us all materials and prices. As soon we signed up the contract their crew went to the property and protected the roof with cover, so there is going to be no more water damage until the new roof installation. On the second project we had really bad air circulation under the roof. Because previously someone installed the second roof above the first one. So the crew with Gil & William did a great job to improve this situation, they had to open the roof in multiple spot and cut the old roof to get better air circulation and they installed ridge vent, so our moss problem gone. Also this guys give us great recommendation for our other needs. They recommended the great drain company and we did the project with them and can't be more happy with result. And we get to the best moment. The prices are the best. They just right and reasonable. Definitely will do more projects with Three Tree Roofing.

Ambaum Apartment Building
Three Tree Roofing installed a 12,000 sq. ft. roof on an apartment home in Burien, Washington. We removed multiple layers of built up roofing and repaired any damaged plywood, framing and fascia. We then installed new WeatherBond Gray .60 Mil TPO roofing, added venting and custom edge flashings. The Ambaum Apartments' timeline was 2-3 weeks.
The Historic Chelsea Apartments
In July of 2018, Three Tree Roofing was awarded a contract to re-roof the Historic Chelsea Apartments with modern TPO, a 100% waterproof chemically resistant thermo-plastic membrane that has become the leading choice for low-pitched and flat roofs in Washington State. This was a challenging and rewarding roof to complete which included limited access, multiple existing layers, carpentry repairs, and a great deal of custom stucco work. We also didn’t want to disturb the residents by traveling through the inside of the building. We held an on-site safety meeting with our crew leader and constructed an external stair tower and garbage shoot. This building was built in 1906 and had several roofs added over the years. Once the old roofing was removed and the carpentry repairs were completed, we installed .60 Mil TPO membrane. The roof turned out great and most of the residents didn’t even know we were there. Clean up was done each day including a magnet sweep to pick up any nails and metal debris that might have fallen during removal process. Project time frame was 14 business days.
Lake Washington Metal Roof
What a beautiful roof! We tore off the old torch down roof. The old material was then recycled and used to pave roads. This roof has a shared roof deck, so the inside lumber is the same lumber to which we installed the new roof. We installed a high temp ice and water shield, new insulation, new fascia board, plywood, and the new metal roof and gutters. We installed a very nice 24 gauge metal roof and new 5k aluminum gutters and downspouts. A new low energy, argon filled double pane skylight was added and the chimney was wrapped with matching metal. Project time frame was 7 business days.
Burien Metal, Flat and Solar Roof
Added eight skylights and two solar tubes. Installed a metal roof and TPO membrane. Worked with solar company to install all mounts necessary to install solar panels
