James Stoker holds a State of Florida Home Inspector License, HI7808. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a civil engineering degree and is an Associate Member of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI). He has over thirty years of experience in quality custom home building, structural engineering, real estate development and property management. He has been a property owner in the Upper Keys and Miami-Dade Counties for over thirty years. Following college he was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps for over five years. During his home building career he was the President of the 1000 member Builder's Association of South Florida.
