Tim is reliable, professional, and a master of his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations. Because of him, the remodel process went smoothly and turned out beautifully. I wouldn’t have my beautiful remodeled home without him!

I first called Tim and spoke with him over the phone. I immediately found Tim to be friendly and have good communication skills! That's very important to me when dealing with construction and making decisions on the fly. Tim and his guys did an excellent job and did excellent craftsmanship. He knows county code as well as quality work and follows them both to the end! I will be using Tim for an even bigger project after this experience! Thanks Tim!! Don"t get too busy for me:)

I had my bathroom door get ripped of the hinges from my son hanging on it. I had called many different contractors to help, but it was a Sunday so no one was open. Tim answered phone and was at my house that afternoon! He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his work.

If you have to have a carpenter working on your house for any amount of time, then Tim Lloyd is your guy. Even during the dog days of a very hot August here on Maui, Tim would show up with a smile on his face, a happy tune in his whistle and a solution to whatever problems were next. Yes he knows what he's doing, he's qualified, so are a lot of other carpenters here, what sets Tim apart is his enthusiasm for the work, attention to what you want, the way you want it and a willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Connie's Condo | Apr 2016 | This was a full remodel of the downstair portion of a 2 BR condo in Kihei, HI. A wall was removed, plumbing and electrical was repaired and relocated, appliances were relocated, tile floors were replaced with baseboards, cabinets and countertops were replaced, custom cabinets were built, lighting was added, water heater was replaced, louvered windows were replaced and resized to accommodate a split AC system. | $30k | Kihei, HI
Those old wood looking new tiles | Feb 2016 | Tiled the entire ohana, installed and painted baseboard, changed a window to a slider | $10k | Kihei, HI
Bathroom Remodeling | Jan 2016 | The owner stepped outside the box on this one. We went with 12x24 travertine wall tiles and a banner on three walls. Unique features include a shower curb completely wrapped in mosaic tiles and a sliding barn door entry. The bathroom was completely remodeled as well as custom cabinets, repaired tile, updated lighting, new granite work, stain grade bedroom doors, scraped ceilings, new air conditioners, new screens, repaired windows, and new paint in just 23 days! | $15k | Kihei, HI
Renovation | Dec 2015 | This was a newly purchased vacation rental that had never been updated. Built in the early 1970s, the framing was horrible and required special attention. Rusted steel framing in the bathroom needed to be completely replaced and the ceiling was dropped as much as 1.5" in some places to straighten it out and get ready for crown molding. A false beam was added across the unit to cover structural joists. Appliances were relocated. A custom closet was built with the needs of vacationers in mind. The water heater was replaced, resized, and concealed. A custom tile shower was built. A partition was removed to open the kitchen and add a wrapping countertop. We added wainscot and crown, bamboo floors, maple cabinets with custom lighting, sconces, pendant lights, recessed cans, wall and ceiling texture, new doors, appliances, and shower. We also played a large part in designing and decorating this unit, right down to assembling beds, hanging pictures and curtains | $57k | Kihei, HI
Kihei outdoor living | Oct 2015 | My client had some extra rooms at his house and approached me about turning the master bedroom into a rental. He wasn't a fan of sharing living space, so we converted a shabby lanai into a warm and inviting outdoor living area. The room now has its own private entrance and his tenants have basic living needs met. I designed and built new counter-spaces and a table that matched existing corner benches and framework. An old lattice cover was replaced with corrugated roofing, lighting was added, and 2x2 cobalt tiles with mosaic backsplashes were added to give it a fun feel. The lanai now has a sink, dining area, mini fridge, microwave, hotplate, and coffee maker. | $5k | Kihei, HI |
