  | 2 E Southampton Full-Renovation | Nov 2015 | I work hard during each renovation project to save a restore elements of the original property. During this project we were able to refinish the original hardwood flooring in 80% of the home, which was both beautiful and affordable. With the new addition, it was important to incorporate design elements that were cohesive with the original property built in 1953. I designed and staged this "flip" for the investor located in Hampton, VA. I work with many REALTORS, clients and investors.
