Grant and his team did a deck replacement for us at our home in Kitty Hawk. They did a excellent job and did it in a professional and above all timely manner! as a 30 year Real Estate Broker here in the OBX I can not stress the importance of working with a dependable and professional company! We had Simple Side Construction remodel both bathrooms at our cottage. New tub, tiled shower, new tile floor, new toilet in one and enlarged a small shower, tiled the shower, new tiled floor, and new toilet in the other. We were not there for the demo and construction but Grant sent us daily pictures and texts of the progress. When a problem arose with the flooring in one bathroom, he sent pictures of the problem and his recommendations. My wife and I could not have been happier with the results. Our kitchen is the next project and Grant and Simple Side Contruction will, I'm sure, do a wonderful job.
