David Bo just came to diagnose my hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem quick, gave me an instant quote, and proceeded to fix the problem. In about 2hrs, he drained it, replaced both thermostats and elements and tested it. He was professional, easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend him. He will now be my go to plumber.
