| Fairview Beach Hopcroft | Aug 2015 | Project entailed exterior remodel of existing home. The existing roof was removed and re-installed with 30 XT 3 tab shingles. A low sloping area of the roof containing EPDM was removed and re-built to increase the pitch. The bay window on the front of the home was removed and a double hung low E argon filled window was installed. A small window above the bay window was removed, framed in, and sheet rock installed in preparation for painting. An existing sun room on the rear of the home was removed and replaced with a new deck using pressure treated lumber. Two existing entry doors were removed and framed for installation of a window in place of the doors.
