The owner, Rick, provided quick and efficient service. He was able to determine the problem with our Frigidaire ice maker by using effective troubleshooting. He truly cared about customer satisfaction - and as an added bonus, his prices were very reasonable!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.I have an older refrigerator and did not think it could be fixed.called Pennies and Rick was here within 10 minutes and not only had the part on his truck but had it repaired within 10 more minutes.PROFESSIONAL,NICE KNOWLEDGABLE and very informative.explained everything to us about what he needed to do and was just genuinely caring.
