Bracken Asphalt Maintenance

10-1-20- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 My review is a BIG FAT ZERO! First, this is my first review in my 50 yrs of life. However, I could not let this go. 1. The cost of my driveway was $8900.00. This was by far at least 1k more than other estimates but they were given to me by a referral and I checked the previous reviews. 2. The initial asphalt which I DID NOT DRIVE ON FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS, melted under the tires of a car in my driveway and then the driveway started to crumble within days of installation. 3. I called the owner who came to my house and told me that "nobody else would fix this but he would try because they stand behind their word." Well, he said "we can try to fix it but it will probably look worse than it looks now." 4. BOY, he was RIGHT!!! His idea of fixing my driveway was leaving a long line between the two sides of the driveway and chipping the paint off my house and leaving the street gauged by their heavy machinery. 5. I would not waste my money with this company!!!!!!!!!! Below- the initial driveway on the left is dark and the "fixed" version on the right. 6. IT GETS WORSE!!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE MY DRIVEWAY LOOK WORSE, THEY SPLATTERED TAR ALL OVER MY GARAGE DOOR, PUT A BIG GAUGE IN MY GARAGE DOOR, AND LEFT THIS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP!! 7. When I called the owner, he hung up on me!!!!!!! USE FULLER PAVING!!!! I used them for my business and I should have used them for my house. They are GREAT and I will NEVER use Bracken for anything.
