DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! I was so excited to finally get our entryway painted of our home and had spoken with James on multiple occasions to confirm when he would be here to start the job. He told me he would let me know on Thursday night if it would be Friday or Saturday.. he didn't text me so I reached out to him..when he responded he said it would be Saturday morning.. few hours later he cancelled again due to getting behind on another job which I completely understood, stuff happens.. then he told me he would be here for sure on Monday morning at 9. I have two confirmation texts, and he made me believe he would actually show up this time! I took a sick day at work so that I could be home to let them in and answer any questions...so you can understand my complete and utter frustration when 9:30 am rolled around, then 10:30 am, 2:00 pm, and now it's 8:30 in the evening and still not a single word from him. Throughout the day I called 8 times, sent multiple texts, and sent a message on Facebook. I understand things happen but to not notify the homeowner AT ALL, is not okay. We could have rescheduled and I could have gone on to work. DO NOT HIRE TRI-CITIES PAINT CO. Worst experience I have ever had. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, DOWN RIGHT LOSERS!!!!!
